Shine on, little blog train, shine on!
Welcome to Altered Sea! Many of you probably got here from Little Red Scraps, who is not only the stop before me on this blog train, but is also one of my favorite people in the world. I totally love her part too, so if you somehow missed it, back up and grab it! And then click my preview for my part!

Lots going on at the Drive-In!
Thanks to all of you who helped make my grand opening a success! We had a lot of fun, didn’t we?

So we were chatting at the Drive-In…
…and I learned that all those grandmothers out there that want word art with a name other than “grandma” or “grandmother” find themselves totally out of luck! Well, that just won’t do! And I thought, “hey, isn’t it about time for another freebie?!” Put two and two together and you get…
…your next freebie! My own mother goes by Mimi to her munchkins, and one of my Bean-Bean’s favorite things to do is see Mimi over Skype from 5000 miles away! Daily Download at DSDI
Did you know that Digiscraps Drive-in has a daily download every month? What?! You didn’t?! You should head over and register for the forums so you don’t miss out on any more goodies! For one thing, Little Red Scraps and I made the kit that we’re offering next month, and I don’t want to give anything away, but I really think you’re going to love it! I have to say, I’m impressed! These colors are so great and I just LOVE what Dawn and Jewel have done with them. Fab job, ladies!

Before I leave you, I want to apologize. I was planning a bunch more freebies leading up to my grand opening at DSDI today, and as you can see, that didn’t happen. I did offer one freebie (which is still up, by the way, so scroll down for that!) but between me and/or my daughter being sick, and technical difficulties at DSDI, I’m pushing back my grand opening. There is actually stuff in my store now, but last I checked, the store wasn’t working anyway, so just bear with me, please! I’ll make it up to you! Jaime and I and lots of other people have been working our butts off to get DSDI up and running again as quickly as possible, and you just wouldn’t believe all the things that have been going wrong. It’s insane. I worked in tech support for a long time, and the vast majority of issues are so much easier than this. lol But we’ll be back and better than ever… eventually. Maybe when Bean and I are over this cold. lol Thanks for hanging in there!
